The Buckingham Artists' Guild Is A Non-profit Co-operative Run By And For Artists In Buckingham, Virginia. It Provides A Gallery To Facilitate The Display And Sale Of Artists' Work, Staffed By Volunteer Members Of The Guild.Organized In The Spring Of 1997, The Guild Currently Has About Twenty-five Members. Among Them Are Painters, Photographers, Ceramicists, Jewelers, And Workers In Wood, Metal, And Stone. The Gallery Is In The Buckingham Arts And Community Center, Which Is Located In The Historic Buckingham Elementary School In The Village Of Buckingham Courthouse. It Is Within Walking Distance Of The Courthouse, Which Was Designed By Thomas Jefferson, And Is Within A Short Drive Of Appomattox National Historical Park.
